Present Replay has no cooldown. When Non-Closed Timepiece energy is greater than 60, Hotori can activate Present Replay to deal 7 instances of Cosmos DMG to an area while beginning to observe and record all Entry Attacks and Skills used by the team within the next 5s. Present Replay can record a maximum of 3 Entry Attack or Skill activations at once, with each character being recorded once at most. The timepiece will continue ticking down, and stop recording when the pointer finishes rewinding, but if recording completes early, the pointer will continue rewinding to the end. All recorded content is cleared when entering or leaving battle. Using Present Replay again while having existing records will overwrite the previous recordings.

World's Tide requires no cooldown or Field Essence. When Non-Closed Timepiece energy is fully charged, Hotori can unleash World's Tide to deal 10 instances of Cosmos DMG to an area and draws a katana from her umbrella handle, changing her attack mode. Afterward, surrounding time approaches a standstill for a period, during which characters cannot be switched. Entering time stop removes any received time control negative effects and grants immunity to time control negative effects during time stop. If there are attacks recorded by Present Replay, all recorded attacks will be replayed once and the record will be cleared. During time stop, the Non-Closed Timepiece hands will continuously rewind. Additionally, Hotori's katana attacks will accumulate momentum, with each hit dealing increasing damage. When momentum reaches 10 hits, it delivers a finishing blow. Time stop ends when the hands fully rewind or when the finishing blow is dealt.

When Hotori is deployed, a Non-Closed Timepiece appears. Its hand will slowly rotate clockwise as time passes, accumulating energy. Each time the hand moves, it will regularly restore HP to the entire team. The Non-Closed Timepiece can accumulate a maximum amount of energy. HP restoration stops when the hand stops moving or moves counterclockwise.

When Hotori is outside of battle and the Non-Closed Timepiece has accumulated energy greater than 0, holding Basic Attack can slow the flow of time, causing the surrounding time to approach a standstill. Entering time stop removes any received time control negative effects and grants immunity to time control negative effects during time stop. During time stop, the Non-Closed Timepiece pointer will continuously rewind, and Hotori cannot use other time-affecting skills. Time stop ends when the pointer fully rewinds, Hotori holds Basic Attack, enters battle, switches scenes, and performs other actions.
